Looking for a job? Individuals 16-24 years old are eligible for our workforce development programs to develop the skills necessary to thrive in the job market. From getting your GED to record expungement to job training and licensures, we have a program that will get you making money.

Our 我的时间 (导师ing Youth to Inspire Meaningful Employment) program teaches the skills to get you 100% job ready. Earn $100 to complete career readiness training and begin your job search with our trained employment mentors.

The 伊利诺斯州 Youth Investment Program (IYIP) is a comprehensive career readiness program that unpacks the employment process from job search to paycheck. Receive one-on-one career guidance, 带薪培训, and support services as you explore and choose your career path.

Earn your GED, get licensed in a specialized field such as truck driving or medical assisting, and do it all for free as part of Lawrence Hall and Cook County Workforce Partnership’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program.
